Why Should I Read the Collective Agreement?
The collective agreement is a contract between the Association and the employer outlining the terms and conditions of employment. This document protects your rights in the event of a dispute with the employer.
The collective agreement governing the employment relationship for most members, for the period from September 1, 2019 to August 31, 2021 can be found here.
For the Faculty of Law, the above collective agreement applies, but should be read in conjunction with the decision of the arbitrator.
