Why Should I Read the Collective Agreement? 

The collective agreement is a contract between the Association and the employer outlining the terms and conditions of employment. This document protects your rights in the event of a dispute with the employer. 

The collective agreement* for members in the Faculty of Education teaching in Toronto or Windsor, for the period from September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2021 can be found here.
