On July 21st, the Association informed you of the arbitration decision that was rendered in favour of the Association regarding the payment of statutory holidays for part-time professors. You can read more about it in this email here.
The Association has been informed that the payroll software has experienced computer glitches resulting in several members not receiving their holiday pay for the second pay period.
Therefore, the correction of over 600 affected payrolls will be done manually by the finance department. The team will do their best to have everything corrected for the next payroll. However, due to volume, some of you may not see a correction until the next two payroll.
