To participate, you must register in advance. This step is especially important to allow us to confirm that you are a member in good standing and, in doing so, we are able to ensure the integrity of the votes.

Once your registration is complete, an email with the details on how to participate in the meeting will be sent to you.

The link you will receive is your own. Please do not share it.

On the day of the Assembly, the Association office will re-send the confirmation email to all registered members.

This year, three (3) positions on the Board of Directors are up for election.

If you are interested in filling a position on the APTPUO Board of Directors, this is your chance!

We ask the member who nominates you and the member who seconds your nomination to confirm their support by email to before the deadline.

You must also provide a presentation letter of up to one page (page format 8½ × 11) in English and up to one page in French. The presentation pages will then be distributed to members in the format received. The nominations and letters of presentation will be shared with members and posted on the Association’s website until the elections. Applicants are invited to provide a profile photo.

The deadline for completing the nomination form and submitting the presentation letter is December 3, 2021, at 4 p.m.
