Following the ratification of the 2021-2025 collective agreement, members who have not claimed the maximum $500 subsidy may claim reimbursement of up to $500 for technology equipment incurred in the course of your duties until December 31, 2022.
To be eligible for up to $500 in reimbursement, an APTPUO member must:
- Have at least one teaching contract during the 2022-2023 academic year
- Submit through the Concur portal their application by December 31, 2022
- Submit proof of equipment purchase dated between September 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022
- Have not received a $500 reimbursement for technology equipment purchases since March 15, 2020 – Note that if an individual has received a reimbursement of less than $500 in the past, they will be eligible to receive the remaining $500
- Purchases eligible for reimbursement include: tablets, computers, laptops, headphones, microphones, routers, hard drives and monitors
- Reimbursements will be made on a first-come, first-served basis until the fund is exhausted
- The Employer assumes no responsibility for the maintenance of equipment purchased from this fund
