The seniority list was published by the university as provided for in Article 5.8.3 of the main unit’s collective agreement:
By June 30 each year, the University shall post the APTPUO member list on its website, including their seniority points, faculty and home department. It shall remain available on the website until the new list is available the following year. Members must report errors or omissions to Faculty Affairs between June 30 and August 31 of every year. It is understood by the parties that service notices to the Association (under 5.8.1 c), d), e), f) and g)), if any, and Employment contracts are used to determine seniority points, as are the terms of the collective agreement governing the accumulation and withdrawal of these points.
If you have not already done so, please check the list to ensure that your seniority points match the report.
Please note: The points on the website are up to date as of July 2023, so any courses ending after June 30 are not included. Also, points for the 2022-2023 academic year are not included.
In case of error or omission, please send a notice of disagreement to rt-acad-lr@uottawa.ca and include the Association in a carbon copy (CC) at info@aptpuo.ca no later than August 31, 2023. Please also include a record of your courses taught, and the Association when you send it.
