If you applied unsuccessfully for a course, you can review the report and the successful candidate’s category and seniority points. If you believe that the hiring process was not respected, you can contact the Association by replying directly to this email or by emailing us at info@aptpuo.ca.

You have 20 business days following its publication to file a complaint, which means until October 30, 2023.
It is important to remember that the employer must respect your preferences as expressed in your course selections pursuant to an arbitration decision concerning the interpretation of article 5.7.1.6 (formerly article 5.7.7.2):
5.7.1.6 The Employer undertakes whenever possible, in the assignment of work, to consider the course selections made by the applicant.
