Board of Directors 2023 Elections

This year, three (3) positions on the Board of Directors are up for election.

If you are interested in filling a position on the APTPUO Board of Directors, this is your chance! 

Before filling out the nomination form below, please read the following message carefully.


IMPORTANT

We ask the member who nominates you and the member who seconds your nomination to confirm their support by email to info@aptpuo.ca before the deadline.

You must also provide a presentation letter of up to one page (page format 8½ × 11) in English and up to one page in French. The presentation pages will then be distributed to members in the format received. The nominations and letters of presentation will be shared with members and posted on the Association’s website until the elections. Applicants are invited to provide a profile photo.


DEADLINE

The deadline for completing the nomination form and submitting the presentation letter is December 1, 2023, at 4 p.m. The presentation letter can be sent to info@aptpuo.ca as long as it is submitted by the deadline.

We also ask candidates to submit a profile picture for communications purposes.

Please be advised that no application for a position on the Board of Directors will be accepted after December 1, 2023, at 4 p.m.


Online Voting

December 5 to 7 on Simply Voting.

The election vote will be entirely online, using the same application, Simply Voting, as in our previous elections. Voting will take place from December 5th to the 7th.

You will receive a separate email from Simply Voting inviting you to vote.


NOMINATION FORM

The nomination form will only be available from November 24 at 8 a.m. until December 1, 2023 at 4 p.m.
