Although you can post your issue on the community forum of Brightspace, in my experience this has not proven effective for troubleshooting issues of a highly specific, technical nature. A better option is to contact life support:

I used this yesterday, and someone answered the phone in 10 minutes at a relative busy time (noon). The agent was unable to fix my problem right away as it was pretty complicated, but he was able to log into my course page and called me back in an hour with a solution.
