Nomination Form – Board of Directors 2023

This year, four (4) positions on the Board of Directors are up for election.

The nomination period opens on November 24, 2022 and closes on December 1, 2022 at 4:00 pm (Eastern Time).

If you are interested in filling a position on the APTPUO Board of Directors, this is your chance!

To complete your nomination, you must…

  1. Fill the nomination form below;
  2. Ensure that the members who nominate you and support your nomination confirm their support by email to info@aptpuo.ca before the deadline;
  3. Provide a cover letter of up to one page (8 ½ x 11 format) in English and one page in French. The presentation letters will be distributed to members in the format received;
  4. Submit a profile picture in either .png or .jpg format.

The form includes a field where you can submit your cover letter and profile picture. However, if need be, you may send your cover letter and profile picture separately by email to info@aptpuo.ca before the deadline.

Please be advised that no nominations for Board positions will be accepted after 4:00 pm. on December 1, 2022.

      With your nomination form, you must also provide a presentation letter of up to one page (page format 8½ × 11) in English and up to one page in French. The presentation pages will then be distributed to members in the format received. The nominations and letters of presentation will be shared with members and posted on the Association’s website until the elections. Applicants are invited to provide a profile photo. You can also submit your presentation letter and photo separately from the nomination form by email to info@aptpuo.ca.
